Is it worth living in Pasadena with its expensive home prices?
I noticed that Covina home prices are as much, if not more, than $200,000 less than a same size home in Pasadena. How much do Covina price homes have to drop in comparison before you will by a home in Covina vs Pasadena?

covina prices are going down as well, right now i believe the prices are somewhere in the $300k for a 3bd/2bath house.
but if i was financially stable i probably would live in Pasadena for its culture and craftsman houses

I AM THINKING ABOUT WANTING 2 MOVE BACK 2 EITHER PASADENA OR ALTADENA, CA. BUT I AM GOING TO KEEP CHECKING AROUND WHEN I HAVE THA CHANCE 2 C WHICH APARTMENTS R NOT 2 EXPENSIVE.

Good luck with that...I am in a "cheap" apartment in Pasadena...it is still $1250 that is too much for what U get...no kitchen space (just look like they dug out a small spot) U can not get a regular bed with dresser and chest in the bedroom...don't think I would move back here....when I am blessed to move away...never looking back...but, then again, I was not born here as you were so you probably have fond memories...but memories does not pay the expensive rents and employment....where is it???
